You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged
With original tags attached
In original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at nand9804@gmail.com. All returns require prior approval — please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., water fountains, grooming tools)
Hazardous materials
Sale / clearance items
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
